Off-Base Fullbody- $50USD

Detailed Customs

On Base- $25-$30 (based on how complex the desired outfit is)
Off-Base Fullbody- $55-$60USD

Ref Sheets

$80-$180
Ref sheets contain multiple fullbody customs. Prices range depending on what detail level you want (can vary per outfit), and how many outfits you want. They will be displayed on a refsheet.
Halfbodies, chibis, and busts can be added on as well. Prices will be discussed between myself and the commissioner!

elliiebee's terms of service

By commissioning me, I will assume you have read my terms of service beforehand.

General Information
- Please take note that I very rarely post commissions. I will not post upon request, but you are free to upload the image to your gallery with credit to me. (ex. "Art was done by elliiebee")
- I will not draw in another artist's style unless that style is from a certain anime. (Ex. BNHA, Fairy Tail, Pokemon, Animal Crossing)
- I WILL NOT accept written descriptions as references. This will not change. In the case of custom character commissions, however, face claims and written descriptions are perfectly okay!
- If you want me to reference a photo of a real person, please be able to provide a specific color palette for hair, eyes, skin, and clothes. I will not accept photo references without this specified palette.
- You are responsible for saving your images. I will keep images in my sta.sh for up to a month, but after that, they are erased from both my computer and sta.sh.
- I do work with deadlines, but they entail an extra fee that differs depending on how fast you need it.
- Please be aware that there is a difference in art style in each drawing I do, and this carries into commission work. Additionally, I heavily blush and color the eyelids of my characters no matter what the style is. This will not be removed from any art I do.
- If my work has my signature on it, you are legally not allowed to remove it.
- Unless given my written explicit permission, my work may not be used for any form of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Any commission work handed over may not be used or given to other for the purpose of AI use.Payment Process
- I ONLY accept paypal(USD).
Full payment must be sent before I start your commission
- If we discussed payment plans, I will give you instructions.
- For payment plans, you will only receive the final commission once it’s fully paid.Process
- I usually work in order of who pays first, but if a commission really inspires me I will work on that first.
- I will send you three things; The pose sketch, detail sketch, and flat color with lines.
- I will ONLY make pose/heavy clothing changes during the pose sketch and detail sketch stages.
- I do NOT make edits after a piece is completed.
- Any heavy edits will incur additional fees.
- I will never take more than a month to finish your commission unless my to-do list is extremely long.
- You are always welcome to ask me for visual updates or where I'm at with your commission! I will always be honest on whether or not I have something to provide.Refund Policy and Change Requests
- I will not refund finished commissions.
- I will happily correct mistakes made on my behalf but I will not fix any mistakes made on the commissioner's behalf (Ex.Failure to mention extra details, clothing changes, etc.) past the detailed sketch stage.
Up to 10 changes can be made(that wee not mistakes on my behalf) for free, but anything exceeding the 10 changes will be an additional $3USD
- Anything may be changed if it is during the approval stage or has not been started.
- Refunds will work as follows
- Pose sketch- 100% refund of commission
- Detail sketch(You can distinguish characters, background, etc.) - 50% refund of commission
- Lines and flat color sketch - 25% refund of commission
- If you are refunded, you are allowed to keep any wips. sent to you! If you post them, credit to myself is still required. You can also have others finish any unfinished WIP’s if you wish!Copyright and Usage Policy
- I am the artist drawing the commission, therefore the artwork belongs to me. You are NOT allowed to claim that you've drawn the artwork yourself.
- You are not allowed to modify, edit, or trace my artwork without my explicit permission. You are not allowed to use my work for monetary purposes.
- This does not include character resells, where my art is being sold with the character.
- If you intend to use my work for commercial use, please state so in your note, otherwise, your commission is forbidden from being sold for monetary purposes.

- Other fees for commercial/monetary work will be included.Additional Fees
- If you wish to change the pose after a detailed sketch(You can distinguish which characters are which) has been made, an additional charge will be placed. This price will depend on what the commission was for(ex. a bust pose change would be cheaper than a fullbody pose change)
- If there are extra details on a commission you wish to add after you've approved the detail sketch, extra charges will be applied.
- This rule does not apply if I was the one to miss out on details you asked for.
- Edits that are made by the client that were not specified in the filled out form will have additional charges.
- I will only make a max of 10 changes before additional payment is required.
- This does not apply to mistakes I made on my behalf.
- This does apply to multiple edits made by the user that were not specified.
